What do we need to do to make Kendal a good cycling town?

Richard Ingham, the Bicycle Mayor for Cumbria will draw on and contrast personal experiences from cycling in Sweden, Copenhagen, London, Manchester – and then home to Kendal and Cumbria.
Richard will be joined by Jo, one of the volunteer Directors of The Eddington, who will speak on the bicycle recycling hub plans and wider vision for the venue being developed in partnership with South Lakes Action on Climate Change and Waste into Wellbeing.
There will also be contributions from Kendal-based residents who are doing great things to break down barriers so more people can experience the joy of getting out on a bike.

Tickets are £5.75 with proceeds being split to support the work of the Bicycle Mayor Network, and the Eddington Kendal Community Interest Company.
