Sound healing uses instruments from various origins to create a soundscape that supports the body and mind to access a deeper state of relaxation. Physically, the vibrations of the sounds have a cleansing affect and promote balance of the energy channels (chakras/meridians). The frequencies of the sounds have been shown to slow the brain waves right down further supporting your deep relaxation and restoration.Benefits of sound healing can include:

We begin with a short guided meditation which includes mindfulness and some gentle breathwork. This is followed by a 50 minute sound journey with time to gentle come around at the end :)

Sessions can be done in any position that's most comfortable for you, usually laying down with bolsters, cushions and blankets for comfort. Please let me know if laying down will not be accessible for you and we can discuss alternatives.
Mats and bolsters provided but PLEASE BRING a blanket and pillow to make yourself comfy and warm :)
We start promptly so please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get yourself cosy (but no earlier as I am setting up). Late arrivals ruins the experience for other attendees.
The session is in the studio upstairs at Westmorland Crossfit. When you enter reception use the stairs or the lift on the right to go upstairs. If using the stairs the studio will be on your right. If using the lift the studio will be on your left.
Free parking is available and there is disabled access.
