This edition of What Do We Do? introduces something new.
The Greenhouse is the AI-powered community discovery engine of Urban Design Outreach. It takes what U share — what U do and what U need — and reflects it back as a map of possibility: the opportunities U have not yet seen, the people who need exactly what U carry, and the connections already waiting inside this room.

🌿 ROOT — Greenhouse Profile ($10) Everything in Seed, plus your personal Greenhouse Discovery Profile — generated from a live conversation with The Greenhouse tool about what you do and what you need.
Your profile maps your skills and talents across three tiers of possibility: easy wins you can act on now, stretch goals that will grow you, and aspirational reach that names what you could become. It identifies the industries, organizations, and people who need exactly what you carry.
You leave with a document that sees you clearly — delivered digitally after the event.
