Escalators are often overlooked as to the importance of getting their specification right for not just the escalator itself but its traffic handling capabilities interaction with pedestrians and their location. Dave has over 40 years experience in the lift & escalator industry and will take us through the applicable standards and what can go wrong with escalators including location, specification, passenger input, component failure and so on. A presentation full of information and interesting CCTV footage.
