Join our Mental Capacity Act (MCA) & Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Awareness training 📚.

👥 Recognise who the MCA applies to & why consent matters
📖 Apply the 5 key principles of the MCA for better outcomes
🔍 Assess decision-making capacity & respond appropriately
⚖️ Understand the role of the Court of Protection
🔒 Learn what Deprivation of Liberty is & why it matters
🧪 Use the ‘Acid Test’ to identify DoLS situations
