Catherine and Duane O'Kane are bringing back our Lecture series, so familiar to so many of you for so many years. We're back! We have been holding our Awakening workshops at Friends Quarters in Hastings in Vancouver, and we absolutely love the facility. We intend to create an opportunity to experience a great lecture, socialize and build community. There will be a cash bar after the talk. Space is limited to 80, so book now. What Am I Here For? Living in Alignment
Most of us arrive in adulthood carrying scripts we never consciously agreed to—family expectations, cultural conditioning, religious programming, political narratives. With all that noise, it’s no wonder it can feel hard to hear your own voice, let alone trust it.
Yet it’s the small, often invisible decisions we make every single day that shape the direction of our lives. Life tends to organize itself around what we contribute to it. Simple idea… not always simple to live.
If you’re feeling stuck or dissatisfied, it may not be about where you are—but about how you’re engaging with life, and what’s quietly steering your choices. Change the angle just a couple of degrees, and like a spaceship on a new trajectory, you land somewhere entirely different.
