Throughout the afternoon, we will explore practical, grounded ways to find calm, including:

- Simplicity: Breathing peace into your daily life.
- Conscious Living: Outdoor experiments to help you feel fully present.
- Sound Experience: A live crystal bowls performance to deeply relax and recharge your system.

The retreat is completely free, and we’ll be wrapping up the evening by sharing a complimentary dinner together.
