It is common for us to suffer numerous slips and falls throughout life – some are inflicted on us by others, while some are self-induced. But after a series of mishaps, how would you pull yourself together, get up and move forward?
LI(N)ES, Annie Cheung’s second self-revelatory work combining theatre and drama therapy, is a cabaret-style show about her intimate experiences of “slip and fall” in life. With original songs composed and written by herself, Annie pours out her soul with courage, using her lines as her sword to fight against the lies permeating this world. Building on the success of the original version, LI(N)ES 2.0 is jointly created by Annie Cheung and Daniel Chu’s team and is performed in a full band concert format with enhanced music elements.
