The Westin Bellevue is hosting a series of Westin Winter Workshops during the first three weekends in December to bring families together this winter with festive, family-friendly workshop events designed to spark creativity and joy. Each themed class offers a fun and affordable way to make holiday memories. All workshops run from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Celebrate the season with a sweet, hands-on experience perfect for budding bakers and holiday enthusiasts! Join us for the Gingerbread Decorating Class, where you’ll create your own festive masterpiece using icing, candy, and plenty of imagination.
This workshop is led by Matthew Jackson, our newly appointed Complex Executive Sous Chef, bringing professional tips and creative flair to make this a holiday tradition you’ll cherish.
