🎉 The Westfield Farmers Market, presented by Community Health Network, takes place every Thursday from 5 - 8 p.m. at Grand Junction Plaza.🌾 Vendors throughout the season offer fresh, local produce, locally raised chicken and pork, farm fresh eggs, homemade jams, honey, homemade baked goods, dog treats and more. We will also have food trucks at every market!
