As the sun dips low over the harbour, begin at the NZ Maritime Museum where the water glows with evening light.
The walk carries you into Western Park, its trees alive with birdsong and the hum of summer. Pathways wind toward Grey Lynn Park, where open fields invite conversation and laughter under the fading sky.
Each step feels like a gentle celebration of Auckland’s green heart, blending history, community, and nature. The journey concludes at the Gypsy Tea Rooms, where stories flow as freely as the drinks, and the warmth of friendship lingers long after the walk has ended.
