Wyatt Graves
Wyatt is an experienced real estate investor and entrepreneur in Louisiana. He started at 19 and to date has $17 Million in Assets Under Management with $3 Million under construction which make up 175 doors. He also has 3 commercial buildings in the pipeline which will add nearly $7 Million in value to his portfolio. He has flipped over 30 houses in his first 2 years of getting into that space which also led to building another 26 new construction homes from the ground up. He has done creative investing and is excited about a co-living house in Walker, Louisiana he created and looking to get into that space in a big way. Wyatt also owns and operates an early childhood educational program he also operates, buys, and scales the service-based businesses adjacent to real estate.
Wyatt's accomplishments are significant but what strikes me most about his is how he loves to help others. He is truly a transformational leader, teacher & mentor, and super connector. He is married with 3 children and is focused on living the good life with a focus on intention.
We are excited to interview him and find out how he built his businesses and portfolio, what he is focusing on now and what he has learnt from this journey.
