West Side Hallo Fest 2025 is the largest Halloween festival in Romania, taking place from October 24 to October 26 at the base of the Lacul Morii dam in Bucharest. The festival offers a variety of activities, including concerts, workshops, theater and dance performances, DJ sets, and surprises for all ages. On Friday, October 24, the event starts at 4:00 pm with free admission. On Saturday and Sunday, October 25 and 26, the festival begins at 10:00 am, with tickets priced at 60 lei for a single day and 100 lei for a two-day pass. Children under 14, accompanied by parents, have free entry on all three days. Children between 14 and 16 years old can enter with a ticket, accompanied by parents. The festival features performances by Aura Sova (winner of "The Voice Romania"), Alex & The Fat Penguins, Electric Humidity, Graffiti, The Urs, Iuliana Beregoi, Andia, Vunk, Patron, Dora Gaitanovici, Omul cu Șobolani, heavy metal veterans Trooper, and international band Infected Rain. In addition to concerts, there will be free workshops, theater and dance performances, DJ sets, and many surprises. Children can enjoy dedicated events at the small stage.
