About this Event
You're invited to join West Reading Cookbook Club. All cooking abilities and appetites are welcome.
You don't have to own or buy the cookbook to participate. We'll be cooking from 'Coconut & Sambal' by Lara Lee. The menu is vegetarian.
Once you book your ticket, you'll receive an email with joining details and access to the recipes. From there, you will choose what you want to cook to bring along on the night. Please note, that we will not be cooking together on the night. You need to cook your dish at home and bring it along.
About the cookbook: Coconut & Sambal reveals the secrets behind authentic Indonesian cookery. Lara uses simple techniques and easily accessible ingredients throughout Coconut and Sambal, interweaving the recipes with beguiling tales of island life and gorgeous travel photography that shines a light on the magnificent, little-known cuisine of Indonesia.
