The day's focus will be on updates from West Papua, with keynote speeches, panels and discussion. Themes will include updates on military occupation, colonial expansion, environmental issues, community organising and human rights abuses.
Speakers include Victor Yeimo, Dorthea Wabiser, Victor Mambor, Ronny Kareni and Kerry Tabuni all of West Papua as well as Aotearoa indigenous and human rights activists, academics and allies Hilda Halkyard Harawira, Emalani Case, Nathan Rew, Arama Rata, David Robie, Maire Leadbeater, Teanau Tuiono and Te Aniwaniwa Paterson.
