This is an engaging and practical in-person session exploring what it truly means to lead with a wellbeing lens. This event will help you understand why wellbeing‑centred leadership matters, the impact it can have, and where your organisation currently sits on this journey.
We will look at how senior leaders can embed wellbeing into organisational culture and strategy, creating environments where people feel psychologically safe, supported and able to thrive.

- Psychological safety
- Emotional intelligence
- Listening at a different level
About the speaker
Amy inspires people to find their voice and shift mindset, creating fair and inclusive workplaces. With a background in business, mediation, coaching and theatre, she uses drama to bring real issues to life and create safe spaces for learning.
This is an in‑person event intended for those based in Glasgow. Please only register if you are able to travel to the venue.
