West Coast Swing Sommer Course for beginners and advanced beginners,Wanna learn how to dance West Coast Swing?
Join our weekly beginners WCS course every Wednesday from the 8th of May until the 26th of June. (No class on the 5th of June)
We will have two beginners courses after each other. We will start the evening with Beginners 1 from 19.00-20.00 plus 15 minutes of practice what was learned in the class and Beginners 2 (Advanced beginners) from 20.15-21.15 and social/practica until 22.00
We are very happy to once again to start a new WCS Beginners class, where you will learn all the basic WCS moves and some fun variations. There will be a focus on the WCS connection, so it is easier to lead and follow, as well as on the quality of movements. Even if you've already learned the WCS basics, there are still a lot of small nuances that can be tweaked to make your connection and movements even better. WCS is not so hard to start dancing and enjoy, but it takes a little longer to ‘master it’ so we always recommend that we all keep going back to the basics.
In the beginner 2 level we will work on more new patterns and concepts of WCS always improving the basics/connection and also working on solo skills.
We are striving to make sure that we have a good balance of recap, explanation and practice as well as having fun in the classes.
After each class we will have a social where you have an opportunity to rehearse all the moves you have learned, so that you can have fun dancing WCS straight away.
The class will be taught by Marcus, Alex and Connie and we will do our best to dance with all of you and give individual tips.
WCS has a lot of room for improvisation and fusion with other dance genres, so we hope to have a lot of fun with all of you at the social. The social is also open for people that do not participate in the course.
We are so happy about the big interest in West Coast Swing and are doing the best we can to build our new WCS community.

For the people that have already taken one of our courses before.

One hour class (7 times) 700 kr. Student Price 525 kr.
One hour class - couples 620 kr. Pr. person
Two hour class (7 times) 950 kr. Student Price 650 kr.
Two hour class - couples 875 kr. Pr. person
Drop in one class 130 kr. Student price 100 kr.
Drop in both classes 160 kr. Student price 120 kr. (couple 300 kr)
Drop in is only for people that already know the 5 basic steps well. Ask up front if there is space.
People signing up for one class has first priority, couples too.
