About this Event
Join us on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 5:30-7:30pm to kick-off engagement informing the West Broad Street Transit-Oriented Development Plan!
The West Broad Street Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Plan is focused on encouraging transit-supportive, community-centered growth around each planned BRT station along the 9.3-mile West Broad Street BRT Corridor. This effort will establish a clear, community-informed vision and a roadmap for future action.
The West Broad Street TOD Plan will be an actionable, implementation focused plan that defines a clear strategy for creating welcoming and accessible station areas. It will outline how development can provide a range of affordable and attainable housing options, strengthen and support local businesses, attract new investment and job growth, and enhance, preserve, and celebrate each neighborhood’s unique cultural heritage and character.
This station area open house is one of two sessions designed for people who live, work, or spend time near the stations in this part of the corridor. Each session is open house style and includes activities that help shape the plan. Come any time during that window and provide your input! Both open houses in this grouping will cover the same material, so participants are welcome to attend whichever session best fits their schedule. Refreshments will be provided and RSVPs are encouraged.
