So many great reasons to dance!Join us Mondays at 6:30pm at Te Whaea for West African inspired beginner dance class!
Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield. Get back to basics and immerse yourself fully in the movement in this welcoming inclusive class.
You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for a fun, high energy experience, ending in a relaxing stretch.
This class has live drumming with Susannah Hay!
