Do not be fooled by the name. This game can give you the workout that you want. Do more to get more, do less to get less.
No jumping or running.
There is a centre pass at the start of each quarter; then the ball is thrown in from the goal line after a goal is scored.
You get to have a go at whatever position you chose.
PS, you do not have to be good at it as long as you have a go and you are having fun.
We will help people with the rules if they are not familiar with them.
We self-umpire and keep one another in check in a fun and inclusive way.
This game is for people over the age of 18, all genders, all abilities.
$5 towards court hire. Drink bottles are a must as are cool, comfortable clothing at this time of the year.
Come as an individual or a group.
