This is an opportunity to hear how Graduate Analysts apply and develop skills on a diverse range of investment and strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, major capital investments and strategic decisions across the Wesfarmers’ Group and its divisions.
As a graduate, you will provide in-depth research, analysis and modelling, be encouraged to contribute to strategic thinking and participate in meetings with both senior internal and external stakeholders. Wesfarmers place an emphasis on learning through working on live projects with experienced team members and senior executives, and provide regular professional development throughout your Business Development career. The Graduate Analyst experience within the Business Development team is highly dynamic and offers accelerated applied learning in a high-performing team that focuses on developing talent.
