Celebrate Wesak Moon with us and discover the transformative power of the gong!
On the full moon of May, we celebrate the union of our tribe, 'the Way of the Gong, consisting of over 500 therapists across 20 countries, coinciding with Wesak Day.
This date was recognized by the United Nations in 1999 as the holiest day for millions of people. It pays tribute to the contribution of Buddhism to humanity's spirituality, as it aligns with the birth of Buddha over 2,500 years ago, in 623 BC, which coincided with the full moon. It is said that Buddha attained enlightenment on this May full moon day, as well as the day of his passing at the age of 80.
Millions of people who follow Buddha's teachings of peace, love, and compassion celebrate on the Wesak Moon, honoring his birth, enlightenment, and transition to eternity. As a way to contribute to the vibration of the message that Buddha left, we play the sound of the Gongs in different places around the planet.
