APRIL RUN DETAILS: BETWS Y COED ⛰️🔁
🗓️ Date: Sunday 5th of April
🕰️ Timings: meet 10am, run starts 10:15am (later start for those thinking of travelling on the day)
📍 Meeting point: Betws y Coed Train Station
🔁 Route: A 14km loop of trails, rivers, and forest. What more could you want from an adventure to North Wales! A total of 365m of elevation mostly uphill to halfway before enjoying the cruisy trails back down to Betws y Coed.
⏱️ Approx time: 2-2.5hrs (post-run coffee and cake as always)
🏃 Pace: sociable and chatty pace, with plenty of stops and walking whilst we climb.
👟 Kit list: Suitable running kit, waterproof layer (just incase), trail running shoes, towel/change of clothes for post-run social.
