Group 1: Slow & Steady – A consistent, comfortable-paced 5K, perfect for those who want to build confidence and enjoy the run.
⚡ Group 2: Push for Performance – This group focuses on time over distance, looping back to reconnect with Group 1 along the way, ensuring everyone stays motivated.
Cool-down & Recovery – After the run, we’ll ease into a slow, dynamic cool-down, incorporating stretching, relaxation, and recovery techniques.
Social Time – Stick around for a friendly chat, connect with fellow runners, and celebrate another session well done!
