In a nutshell: we do group adventures. We group strangers together and help them share incredible experiences around the world together. The result? Lifelong friendships that blossom from a group of people who didn't know each other a few days before. We already have 5,000+ Group Leaders across Europe. Now we're bringing that same spirit stateside — and we want the right people around the table from day one.

2. The Selection Weekend (May 16-17): If your application stands out, we’re inviting you to Austin, Texas. The Austin Selection Weekend* is a high-energy, 2-day interview process. It’s part connection, part challenge, and 100% WeRoad. Show us you can lead the pack, and you’re in.

*Note: the Austin Selection Weekend, accommodation, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast will be covered by WeRoad.
