Werk n' Flow Patio Class

Join us for our first patio class of the summer! We've invited Kita of The BluPrint Studio, located in Downtown Tulsa, to lead us in this fun workout.

Let loose and find your rhythm in Werk and Flow! This high energy class focuses on hip opening techniques, rhythmic movement, and catching the vibe. Perfect for anyone looking to learn new ways to move, feel confident, and just be free.

Participants are encouraged to wear slightly looser or away from the body style bottoms, this way you can see the rhythm move through your body! Check out some of our newer styles that allow for more "space to feel" in store or online .
