⏰ Training starts at 10:30am on Hampstead Heath (behind the Parliament Hill Lido - marked on the event map). Please arrive promptly before that time as we're looking to start on the dot! (approx finishing time will be 1:30pm).

? Boots (multi-sport) are strongly recommended to cope with the terrain, as is suncream and lots of water.
