An Exclusive Bus and Walking Tour of Industrial Assets in Pender Commerce ParkCape Fear CREW Members can join for a first-of-its-kind experience as we take our programming on the road. This guided bus tour of the rapidly evolving 421 corridor will be led by Cliff Pyron of Wilmington Business Development, who will offer firsthand insights into one of the Cape Fear region’s most dynamic areas for growth and investment.
Participants will park at the Skyline Center, where a bus will depart promptly at 1:30 p.m. The tour officially runs 2:00–4:00 p.m. and will begin with a presentation and tour of Empire Distributors, followed by visits to Polyhose and Maersk, highlighting major employers and industrial investment shaping the corridor.
Following the tour, attendees are invited to continue the conversation and networking at an after-tour social at Tequila's Waterfront.
