About this Event
Are you looking for more than just a job?
Together We Can International is a fast-growing community organisation that is always looking for the right kind of people to support our mission and join our tribe.
We support neurodivergent young people to build confidence, develop life skills and move into meaningful employment and social support activities, programs and groups.
We are inviting values-aligned individuals to attend one of our Career Information Session's to learn more about the unique work we do and the rewarding roles available within our organisation.
This session is designed for people who are passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of others while working within a dynamic, innovative and supportive team environment.
At this session you will learn:
• Who Together We Can International is and the impact we are creating in the community
• How our innovative programs support neurodivergent individuals to build confidence, skills and employment pathways
• The types of roles we recruit for, including Mentors, Employment Coaches, Allied Health Professionals, Facilitators & support team members
• What it takes to work within our fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation
• Opportunities to join our growing talent pool for upcoming roles
We are not a traditional support service.
At TWCI our team members are mentors, motivators, role models and changemakers. Our work is hands-on, engaging and focused on building confidence, capability and real-life outcomes for the people we support.
If you are energetic, positive, proactive and passionate about supporting others to succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity to explore a career with us.
We invest highly in our staff, full training is provided as well as extensive career progression opportunities for the right people.
