We would love to welcome you to our new evening in-person monthly support group in Welwyn Garden City!
Our support group is open to all parents/carers/families who are raising children and young people with neurodiverse conditions including autism and ADHD.
Your child/young person does not need a diagnosis in order for you to access our groups, and the support group is FREE to attend.
Booking is not essential but if you do book a place via Eventbrite it helps us to anticipate numbers.
We are also pleased to have our Lending SPACE team coming with lots of equipment to borrow.
Tanya Dance from SPACE will be ready and waiting to welcome you. This month we are joined by Polly Kerr, Partner and Head of Education and Children’s Rights at Simpson Millar Solicitors. Polly will be discussing SEND law with a focus on 'Exclusions'.
We are a friendly, knowledgeable and supportive team, and we are all SEN parents ourselves, so we really do understand the high's and lows of raising children with neuro-developmental differences.
Teas, coffees and biscuits are all provided!
**Please note - we cannot accommodate children at this support group. There is no public parking at the library, but there is pay parking adjacent to the cinema/theatre next door. Email [email protected] if you have any questions**
