About this Event
It's October, 1940, exactly two years after Orson Welles' infamous War of the Worlds radio broadcast. HG Wells was certainly not dead, and furious. Now they both happen to be at the same hotel in San Antonio, Texas, on lecture tours. On this rainy night, Orson comes knocking on HG's door with a favor to ask. Orson is 25, HG is 75. Two geniuses battle it out.
Directed by Amber Mandley and starring Pete Blatchford and Gerrit Wilford, written by Amy Crider. The play runs 90 minutes with no intermission. Please visit the City Lit Theatre site for parking and transportation information.
