All are welcome to this free gratitude workshop at the Mount Dora library 💜Learn practical gratitude habits that support happiness and emotional well- being.
Participants will write notes of appreciation, explore simple ways to notice the good, and all attendees will receive thank-you cards to practice at home.
This workshop is inspired in part by the book The Gratitude Diaries by Janice Kaplan.
No registration required. Just show up to the library April 25th just before 3pm and take an immediate right when you enter the building.
