Wellness with Intention: Yoga and Vision Board Experience is a unique and rejuvenating workshop for Latina professionals. This workshop combines gentle yoga, mindful reflection, and creative vision boarding to offer an innovative approach to realigning, refocusing, and reimaging your goals for the upcoming year with purpose and clarity.
The yoga session will be expertly led by Mayra Mejia, Founder of We Love to Eat con Amor and a Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Instructor dedicated to promoting mindful living. With her guidance, you will realign your bodies and minds through movement, breath, and self-awareness, creating a sense of balance and connection that extends beyond the mat.
Join us for a morning filled with connection, self-discovery, and empowerment. You will leave with a renewed sense of balance and an inspiring vision that will ignite your motivation to take action and achieve both your personal and professional goals.
Please bring the following items to help you create your Vision Board:
- Yoga mat for our movement session
- Magazines (any kind that you can cut images from)
- Scissors
- Glue or tape
- Poster board for your vision board
- Laptop/ tablet if you want to create your vision board electronically
Feel free to bring any personal photos, quotes, or decorations that inspire you. This is your space to dream and design your 2026 with intention! Together, we will move, breathe, and visualize the life we want to create, aligning mind, body, and soul. Your ticket includes: yoga session, guided meditation, guided vision board creation, light refreshments, and all materials for the vision board.
