The Wellness Wind-Down Hour
Unwind, connect, and restore during this after-hours Wellness & Healing Happy Hour, thoughtfully curated by Flora Healing BodyWorks. This heart-centered February gathering is designed to help you gently transition out of the day and into a state of balance and ease.
The experience blends mindful meditation and movement, music and world sounds, and ear seed therapy to elevate the mind, body, and heart—perfect for the season of love, reflection, and self-care.
We’ll begin with grounding movement and meditation, followed by a community circle and light networking in a warm, welcoming space. Guests will enjoy herbal teas, light refreshments, aromatherapy, and essential oils, creating a sensory-rich environment that supports relaxation and meaningful connection.
Each participant will receive ear seeds to help sustain calm, clarity, and heart-centered energy beyond the event.
