Unravel from your workday with a loosening sequence designed for tight necks and shoulders, back, and hips, all while keeping you comfortable in your work-threads-- so no need to change into workout clothes! Feel free to bring your own mat if you'd like; we'll also have yoga mats & meditation cushions available for spur-of-the-moment attendees. All you need to bring is your body!
To sweeten the deal, head down to The Shop after your session and show your e-ticket at the counter for a free 8oz. cup of Onyx tea or Onyx drip coffee (valid day of session only).
