Meditation and Breathwork Practices -- Second Wednesdays of the Month:
Wellness Wednesdays @ the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington Innovation Studio
Practices and offerings vary each month, and can be noted in the "agenda" section. Breathwork and meditation can connect you with your inner vision and a creative and intuitive self, leading you to a flow state and the possibility for artistic outcomes.
No experience is necessary β just bring your curiosity.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and dress comfortably. Registration required.

In this session, you will be guided through a relaxing Yoga Nidra session, and if interested, receiving restorative reiki energy .
