Bread: Delicious Challah Rolls and Pita

Appetizer: Mediterranean Salmon, Israeli Salad, Chummus, Fried Eggplant Salad, Beet Salad with Tehina, Babaganoush, Pickles and Olives.

Entree: Chicken Kabobs, Saffron Basmati Rice, Bourekes, Zhatar Roasted Green Beans with Garlic and Herbs.

Dessert: Brownies and non-dairy Vanilla Ice Cream

Outdoor heated event, will move indoors in case of rain.
