Join us for Yoga at The Hardware Store as part of our Wellness Wednesday series in the heart of downtown Brooksville.Held on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:00–7:30PM, this evening is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect midweek.
This session will be led by Trish of Flow Yoga, who brings a welcoming, intentional approach to movement that supports all experience levels.
From 6:00–7:00PM, enjoy a guided mindful movement class focused on breath, alignment, and steady flow within our beautifully restored historic space. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is approachable, grounding, and energizing.
From 7:00–7:30PM, stay and mingle. Connect with others in the community, build relationships, and enjoy a complimentary healthy treat provided by Zenbodi.
Tickets are $15 + taxes and fees.
Wellness Wednesday takes place every Wednesday of the month at The Hardware Store, with each week featuring a different wellness-focused class or experience.
