Join special guest Aya Allison - microdosing coach and educator, who will break down how mushrooms are being explored as a tool for mental health, emotional regulation, creativity, and personal growth.
This event is purely educational and designed to help you better understand what microdosing is (and isn’t), how people are using it mindfully, and how it fits into broader wellness practices like nervous system care, self-reflection, and intentional living. Whether you’re deeply curious or just starting to ask questions, this is a judgment-free space to learn and connect.
To round out the experience, attendees will enjoy a Shroom Soda bar drink station provided by Ananda Elixirs, featuring functional, non-alcoholic, non pychadelic beverages crafted to support mood, focus, and ritual.
