Garden Gong Bathing
Immerse yourself in a transformative meditative journey with FONA’s New Moon gong bathing at the National Arboretum. This event is part of FONA’s Wellness Wednesday series, hosted all summer long during summer evening hours.
During this meditative experience led by Noaco Wowsugi, gongs resonate with rich vibrations, creating a soothing soundscape that washes over you. Participants lie comfortably while the resonant tones penetrate the mind and body, helping to release tension, enhance emotional well-being, and foster a sense of inner peace. Set against the backdrop of the Washington Youth Garden in the Arboretum, this unique opportunity will allow you to unwind within the calming energy of nature.

Important Notes
Please do not bring unregistered guests. If you are on the waitlist and have not received an email that a space has opened, unfortunately we are at capacity for this event.

- Picnic blanket or yoga mat and towel
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: If FONA cancels the class due to unsafe conditions or threat of inclement weather, you will be notified by email at least 2 hours before the event. Please check your email before you head out.
LOW REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: FONA reserves the right to cancel a program if too few people register. In the event of a cancellation due to low participant registration, you will receive a full refund.
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are provided for refund requests received up to 3 days prior to the program date. If you know you cannot make it to the event, please cancel your ticket as early as possible so we can offer up this experience to someone on the waitlist!
