Evening Zen Yoga
Experience the calming power of nature at FONA's evening yoga class at the National Arboretum. This event is part of FONA’s Wellness Wednesday series, hosted all summer long during summer evening hours.
Certified instructors from Bikram Yoga Works will lead a 60 minute FLEX’T™ yoga class that will help you unlock your fascia to facilitate freedom of movement. You’ll marry breath with dynamic stretching to open the body, improve mobility, and reduce pain in movement.
During the session, you may choose to engage in intensive practice or take a more relaxed approach to connect with the tranquil surroundings. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike are all welcome. Join us for a rejuvenating evening of outdoor yoga and connection!

No pets or children under 16 for this experience.
Important Notes
Please do not bring unregistered guests. If you are on the waitlist and have not received an email that a space has opened, unfortunately we are at capacity for this event.

- Water and snacks
- Yoga mat and towel
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: If FONA cancels the class due to unsafe conditions or threat of inclement weather, you will be notified by email at least 2 hours before the event. Please check your email before you head out.
LOW REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: FONA reserves the right to cancel a program if too few people register. In the event of a cancellation due to low participant registration, you will receive a full refund.
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are provided for refund requests received up to 3 days prior to the program date. If you know you cannot make it to the event, please cancel your ticket as early as possible so we can offer up this experience to someone on the waitlist!
