The intention of this 1 hour practice is to open up space in your body, mind, spirit for positivity, growth and happiness.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Please also wear comfy clothes.

Happiness Habits 613 😀: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Join us throughout February 2025 for free in-person indoor and outdoor events.
Jessica Magnan: Jessica is an Ottawa-based yoga/meditation teacher & life coach. When she’s not teaching or working with her clients, she is in mom-mode or evolving her personal practice. Follow Jessica on IG, FB.
Patagonia Ottawa: Opened in December 2022, Patagonia Ottawa (119 York St • Byward Market) is a locally owned Patagonia Partner store. We take pride in representing Patagonia in our local market by working to bring both the brand and mission statement to life. We work to diligently service our customers through engaged and authentic experience. We work to connect and support local non-profits and community groups through our 1% for the Planet membership and through events and community activism. We are owned and operated through business alongside Patagonia Halifax which opened in 2011.
