Wellness Wednesday is a weekly offering designed to support rest, balance, and gentle renewal in the middle of the week. Each gathering features an alternating holistic practice such as qigong, guided meditation, or sound baths, allowing participants to experience a variety of modalities that nurture both body and mind. These practices are known to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve energy flow, and encourage a deeper sense of presence and well-being.
Held in the peaceful setting of JPH, Wellness Wednesday offers a welcoming space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Whether through mindful movement, stillness, or sound, each session is an opportunity to reset, restore, and return to daily life feeling more grounded, centered, and supported in community.
