Trek a 3/4 mile loop and finish with a 10-minute stretch session designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion. Feel refreshed and restored in mind, body, and spirit. Registration for group exercise classes will open ONE WEEK prior to each class. Classes may be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
