About this Event
Kick off the fall season, and last quarter of the year, and WAKE UP to WELLNESS with us! We'll begin with a heart pumping bootcamp class led by Cadizsh Norford (@mindmusclemotivation) inside of the NIKE Lincoln Rd store. We will work with the elements in the store like stairs, boxes, railings, and of course our own bodies as we move through 45 mins of exercise! NO PROPS.
Stick around post work out for mini recovery services, sips & lite bites, as well as an exclusive shopping experience before the NIKE store opens to the public with a special event ONLY discount store wide.
