Sarina is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor passionate about helping you move with strength, control, and confidence. She loves creating workouts that challenge you while making you feel your best. Sarina is also the owner of Evolve Pilates, where she offers group Pilates classes and 1:1 sessions!
