Anchored in meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and sound therapy, this program guides participants through practices that focus on specific topics like stress relief, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
Fee: $11.39 per participant. For ages 12 and up only.
Workshop fees are nonrefundable within 10 days before event.
