Join us on May 9, 2026 at the Lake Charles Event Center for a full waterfront wellness festival designed to bring together movement, recovery, self-care, and community in one elevated experience.
What began as a humble 5K has evolved into a high-energy, festival-style event featuring immersive activations, regional vendors, national wellness brands, and opportunities to connect, recharge, and move at your own pace.
