Each evening blends gentle movement, meditation, sound healing, and reflective journaling to support balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Attend one session or commit to the full lunar cycle for a deeper experience.

Set clear, grounded intentions for the month ahead through guided journaling, crystal bowl sound healing, meditation, and gentle Hatha yoga.

Build focus and forward movement with energizing yoga, reflection prompts, and meditation for an intentional evening designed to help you release what’s holding you back and take confident steps forward.

Release stress and emotional buildup through moon salutations, sound bath, guided meditation, gratitude practices, and a moon water ritual.

Slow down, restore, and reset with grounding yoga, cacao ceremony, sound healing, and guided gratitude journaling.
