Hosted by Sydney Williams, author of Hiking Your Feelings: Blazing a Trail to Self-Love and founder of Hiking My Feelings/Wellness in the Wilderness, this immersive experience blends environmental stewardship, mindful movement, and self-discovery across Biscayne and Everglades National Parks.
Participants will engage in meaningful service through a shoreline cleanup on Elliott Key, explore the unique ecosystems of South Florida by foot and kayak, and reconnect to themselves through guided reflection and community discussions.
From paddling the mangrove estuaries of Florida Bay with NPS rangers to wading through the ancient cypress domes on a naturalist-led wet walk, every moment is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and remember our place in the ecosystem.
